It’s taken some time to find, but this is it. Our house coffee. The one we always have on.
We were looking for something simple in the best way. Consistent, balanced, and easy to come back to. This does exactly that.
In the cup, it’s smooth and extremely drinkable. Soft blackberry, a bit of fresh apple brightness, and that familiar milk chocolate sweetness tying it all together. Nothing too loud, nothing missing.
It’s the kind of coffee you reach for without thinking. Espresso, filter, cafetière. It just works.
If you’re only keeping one coffee in the house, this is the one we’d go for. We certainly do!
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
From Covoya:
This washed lot is made up from 1,325 small organic growers organised into 25 farmer groups in the subregion of Planadas, South Tolima. These farmers, most of whom continue a family tradition of coffee cultivation, are based at elevations up to 2,050masl and grow the varieties of Colombia, Castillo and Caturra.

I’ve been impressed with all of Full Spectrum’s coffee but this one is amazing. It’s got a very clear and consistent flavour, I get it ground for cafetière and it works so so well. I will be buying more!
